Here at Care For Your Life we believe in giving our staff a very in-depth and supportive training programme all the way from Induction to wherever they want go!
We do an initial two day induction to help our new staff to integrate with our established staff and to give them a good solid start into the very demanding but very rewarding career in our care homes. We also put our new staff through the Care Certificate in a three month programme that covers everything from understanding their role to giving them an overall knowledge of the care sector that is rewarded with a Certificate that is widely recognised as being the industry standard for care.
Our staff are put through various mandatory training programmes which are either gained via our on-line training provider, Social Care TV, or are gained through our own in-house training sessions. Additional non-mandatory training is offered from Lincolnshire County Council, District Nurses and other care professionals. If you believe that care is for you, we also offer further specialist care training, leading to Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care NVQs all the way up to Level 5 courses that may help you get on the care home manager ladder.
